LOVELISSA SHIPPING POLICY

All of your Lovelissa earrings are sent via Australia Post. Once you have reached the checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage ($10.00) or Express Postage ($12.65).

We ship Australia wide and also to New Zealand.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Because your beautiful earrings are all Handmade upon order you need to allow 9 to 12 business days for your earrings to be processed and packaged to perfection. However, during SALES where we have huge markdowns, for example our EOFY SALES & Christmas time your order can take longer than the 9 – 12 business days due to sales increasing over this time. Machines don’t make your earrings, humans do. It’s your responsibility to be aware of this policy, I will not tolerate any rude or sarcastic messages or comments on my page in regards to order delays. We do our very best at all times to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If this doesn’t suit you then please don’t make a purchase.

We are having a CHRISTMAS IN JULY SALE this year to ensure that you all can purchase your Christmas Earrings in plenty of time!

Please ensure your contact details including your email is correct and up to date. Unfortunately, Lovelissa will not be held responsible for any lost items due to incorrect address details.

All parcels are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been sent. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information on the whereabouts of your parcel via the Australia Post website. If you have any questions in regard to the tracking of your parcel please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Sometimes Australia Post will lose your Lovelissa bling! Yes, this does happen, unfortunately, BUT, when it does, all you need to do is lodge a complaint using your tracking number online via the Australia Post website. Please also inform us here at Lovelissa as we will also lodge a complaint at our end. Don’t be too worried about this as this is a rare occurrence. 99% of the time your parcel is found and you will receive your beautiful earrings safe and sound.

Lovelissa will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service, regional areas may be longer. Also, keep in mind that the Express Service does not speed up the processing and handling time. This is purely the service that is offered in regard to the actual postage of your order. Again keep an eye on the tracking information. Your tracking number will allow you to see the delivery details of your parcel.
